Registering a DBA
Registration of a DBA (Doing Business As) name on TrustBase enables your company to be found by its other names, not only its legal name. An unlimited number of DBA names can be added, and assigned using the Global Referencing System. The TrustBase DBA Registry is available for people to search and reference. It should be noted that registration is restricted to companies that can prove they are actively using a DBA and must not conflict with any existing registered DBA or a legal company name.
Regional applications can also limit the scope and area of operation for a DBA, enabling multiple DBAs to be allocated which are similar in nature.
