Privacy Checklist for Vendor Contracts
The transfer of data to third party vendors requires certain clauses within the vendor contract.
If using the TrustBase Data Transfer link, both companies must be enrolled in TrustBase. Once the link has been established data can be transferred in accordance with the PrivacyTrust requirements.
